Ashok Samuel, President and CEO: Bravura Technologies was founded in 2006 by Ashok Samuel, a serial entrepreneur. He has led Bravura with strong core values centered on "delighting customers" while building a team that shares a passion and drive that remains as strong today as it was 20 years ago. Under his leadership, Bravura has grown consistently by remaining nimble and discovering new markets through the constant expansion of products provided to our customers.

Before starting Bravura, Ashok was the founder, president, and CEO of Wishbone Systems, which provided a comprehensive Field Services Management system. The company achieved tremendous revenue growth through strategic corporate alliances and large-scale enterprise solutions. Wishbone was later acquired by Indus International (now ABB), a publicly traded company.

Prior to Wishbone Systems, Ashok served as the chief of software development at Applied Business Technology (ABT), the creators of Project Workbench, which sold over 150,000 licenses worldwide. ABT was acquired by Niku and subsequently by Computer Associates.

Ashok holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Baruch College, New York, and a Bachelor of Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

In 2004, he was honored as one of the "Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business" by The Asian American Association.

Ashok is also a philanthropist and serves as the Chairman of a private charitable foundation that supports and operates orphanages in developing nations.

Outside of work, you will find Ashok on a tennis court playing competitive matches. He is passionate about traveling, is always discovering new interests, and is happy to provide restaurant recommendations for any major city.

Brian Donovan

Brian serves as Regional Manager, Northeast, applying nearly a decade of expertise in high-growth sales and strategic data intelligence to provide organizations with highly tailored software solutions. His background in managing the full sales lifecycle, from initial discovery to complex contract negotiations, allows him to distill intricate technical features into clear business advantages. By focusing on measurable results and cross-functional alignment, Brian ensures that every engagement is built on a foundation of operational efficiency and long-term scalability.

Outside the office, Brian channels that same competitive drive into coaching high school and youth wrestling, and you can usually find him working on his game on the golf course or pickleball court on the weekends.

Josh Samuel

Josh draws on a uniquely well-rounded background, spanning onsite support, new-client sales, and long-term account strategy, to translate customer goals into seamless, high-value partnerships rooted in a consultative approach. After beginning his career in Bravura's onsite support team and later spending several years selling into new accounts, he developed both a practical understanding of how the platform operates in real environments and a deep appreciation for the evolving needs of prospective clients. He currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Accounts, where he balances a solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on sustainable scalability. By aligning each client's unique vision with the right tools, guidance, and long-term strategy, Josh ensures every partnership delivers measurable, lasting impact.

A former Division I college tennis player, Josh has never lost his love for competition and will find a way into virtually any sport he gets the chance to play. Outside of work, you'll usually find him somewhere in the air heading to his next destination, enjoying a great meal, or unwinding with a glass of wine.

Matthew San Nicolas

Matthew serves as Product Manager, leading the strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution of product initiatives that improve how customers plan, run, and measure successful events. He also runs the Product Management and Quality Control teams, ensuring that new features are thoughtfully prioritized, thoroughly tested, and delivered with a high standard of reliability. Matthew partners closely with engineering, design, client success, and leadership to translate customer needs into clear requirements, prioritize high-impact enhancements, and deliver polished experiences from discovery through launch. With a strong focus on usability, scalability, and data-driven decision-making, he helps align stakeholders around measurable outcomes, ensuring the product evolves in a way that supports both customer goals and the company's long-term growth.

Outside of work, Matthew likes to stay on top of new technology, and you'll often find him out fishing or behind a camera.

Melissa Jasso

Melissa plays a key role in live event execution, overseeing personnel, equipment coordination, and daily operations that enable consistent, high-quality onsite and offsite experiences. She leads the Onsite Support and Logistics teams, directing planning, staffing, and real-time problem solving to ensure events run efficiently for both customers and attendees.

A central part of her work is aligning the software we produce with the hardware used in the field. Melissa collaborates closely with clients, Professional Services Consultants, and other logistics vendors to anticipate needs, refine processes, and keep technical and operational details in sync from preparation through onsite delivery and return.

Known for her attention to detail and reliability, Melissa helps ensure every event is supported by dependable technology, well-coordinated logistics, and a positive customer experience.

Whether she's visiting a new ballpark or exploring a new city, Melissa loves photographing skylines, scenic vistas, and everything in between.

Mishall Dutta

Mishall brings a decade of technical leadership and systems expertise to overseeing the full lifecycle of client onboarding and service delivery across complex, high-volume event technology implementations. As Director of Professional Services, he leads cross-functional teams across Project Management, Implementation, and Support, driving operational excellence from kickoff through onsite execution and post-event closeout. With hands-on experience managing dozens of concurrent deployments, Mishall combines strategic oversight with a ground-level understanding of how to scale operations without sacrificing precision. He specializes in translating client objectives into structured delivery plans, optimizing service capacity, and building efficient workflows and support infrastructure that consistently deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

Outside of work, Mishall is into strength training, tinkering with small tech projects, and seeking out new trails to hike and new restaurants to try.

Sudhamshu Nandavara

With over two decades of experience in software engineering and architecture, Sudhamshu serves as Chief Software Architect, driving the organization's technology vision and strategic direction. Beginning his career in Enterprise CRM systems, he built a strong foundation in designing scalable, mission-critical solutions. He brings extensive experience across cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and modern application ecosystems, aligning technology strategy with evolving business needs. He guides engineering teams in building secure, compliant, and extensible systems that support long-term growth and operational resilience. Sudhamshu has led key initiatives including mobile application transformation, cloud migration, and the advancement of virtual and hybrid event technology solutions, along with architecting an integrated customer experience platform. He also supports the pragmatic adoption of AI-enabled capabilities to enhance product intelligence and operational efficiency, while remaining closely aligned with evolving market demands and customer success.

When he's not working, you'll probably find Sudhamshu following the latest Formula 1 season or planning his next trip.

Taylor Miville

Taylor draws on nearly fifteen years of sales and business development expertise to navigate the intersection of client ambition and innovative software solutions. Now serving as Regional Manager, Midwest, he leverages a proven track record of driving revenue growth and cultivating high-level corporate relationships to identify the core objectives that define a successful partnership. By merging his extensive experience in strategic account acquisition with a consultative approach to problem-solving, Taylor ensures that every new engagement is built on a foundation of transparency, alignment, and a clear path toward long-term organizational success.

Outside of work, Taylor's favorite role is being a dad, and he spends much of his free time coaching his son's sports teams.

Martin Nelson

Nelson is a key member of the development team, leveraging over 15 years of IT expertise and full-stack development mastery to bridge the gap between complex software engineering and high-level business strategy. Having progressed from technical lead roles into senior operations management, he brings an intricate, ground-level understanding of the entire software development lifecycle to his leadership. Tejeshwar brings over 14 years of expertise in event management technology, spanning implementation, development, and executive leadership. With hands-on experience as an Implementation Specialist, Senior Developer, Development Manager, and General Manager, he combines deep technical knowledge with strategic business insight. His ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, reliable solutions ensures seamless execution across digital and hybrid events. By fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and prioritizing long-term client value, Tejeshwar helps organizations build resilient platforms that drive engagement, efficiency, and sustained growth.

Paige DeRuiter, Manager, Strategic Accounts:

Paige brings ten years of experience at Bravura, beginning as a Project Manager on the Implementation Team and gaining firsthand insight into how events are executed. As she moved into sales, that operational foundation became a differentiator, bringing clarity, credibility, and practical depth to conversations with both new and established partners. Her role later expanded again as she took on marketing leadership, helping strengthen Bravura’s brand and influence across the event industry.

During her time leading the Sales and Marketing organization, Paige has led efforts to more than double the company’s revenue, played a central role in securing many of Bravura’s largest enterprise partnerships, and reinforced the company’s leadership within the event industry. She’s known for her consultative style, strategic focus, and ability to build marketing narratives that elevate Bravura’s position in the market.

When she’s not working, Paige likes to spend time with her family at the beach, read, and be outdoors with her two boys.

Maria Kavita, VP Products and Services: With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise software development, Maria Kavita leads both Product and Professional Services at Bravura Technologies. Before joining Bravura, she held leadership roles in product development and software architecture at Indus International (now ABB) and Wishbone Systems.
Over the past 20 years at Bravura, Maria has helped shape the company's products by working alongside customers and event planners to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that solve real-world challenges. She was part of the team that built Bravura's first mobile app and continues to lead the evolution of the platform through customer-driven innovation.
Maria also established Bravura's Professional Services organization, building the team, processes, and delivery model that support customers from implementation through onsite event success. Her hands-on approach ensures customer feedback continually informs both Bravura's products and services, living the company's philosophy of "Twenty years of building with event planners, not just for them."
Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading (with a goal of 24 books a year), long walks, and painting whenever inspiration strikes.
